This is to my international friends. I want to introduce TAMIL LITERATURE, ARTS and CULTURE to the international comunity.
I am in US from september 10th for a writer's residential programme. There are nine other writers belonging from German, France, Italy etc. I want to tell some thing about tamil literature and tamil society with my poor english. But no one of them beleive it.
They not even heard about Bharathi.
It may be not in every where. Some people may know about some writers or writings, but i feel we are far from the international literary comunity. We have to reach it. We must show our treasure to them. The aim of this blog is not like that. I am not able to do that big task. I will do some thing. Through this blog i will share some notes about the contemporary tamil literature, events, personalities which will help the international community to know some thing about our literature.
Every one may contribute their own through its pages.
Are simply you can start our own blog in english and do the same thing.
